A tail lamp is a steady dot. In heavy rain, through a wet windscreen and wiper blur, a steady dot disappears into the traffic behind it. A flashing point of light doesn't — the eye is built to catch movement, and a strobe is movement made of light.
Two pods, one on each side of your plate, also give the driver behind you something a single lamp can't: width. Two separated points tell them how far away you are and how fast you're closing.

Yes, in almost all cases. Each pod mounts on a small L-bracket that sits under an existing bolt near the tail — no drilling and no cutting. It has been fitted to Royal Enfields, commuters, naked bikes, sportbikes and scooters.
Kroozer strobes are auxiliary visibility lights. Rules on auxiliary lighting vary by state and by how the light is used, so check your local RTO guidance and ride considerately — the point is to be seen, not to dazzle.
